In the past, we filed a Summons and Complaint with the high court of Strasbourg, France against a Monsieur T.R., owner of the company, Dreamdoll, (judged July 30, 2010, case number R.CIV:10/00125), a process that we won.

Simultaneously, as the result of grave distribution problems, we have ceased since 2010 all commercial relation with the company, MechTech (Mechanical-Technology), 27616 Bokel, in Germany.

Today, the sites Mechadoll.no are directly routed fraudulently via the company Mechtech, to the profit of the company Dreamdoll, with the goal of scamming the client.

In order to protect our Mechadoll clientele and to stop any usurpation, we are anxious to specify that we strictly do not have any agreement whatsoever financially and/or technically with the company Dreamdoll. We never yielded or lent out any of our creators, nor did we divulge any of our manufacturing secrets. Therefore, we do not support or assume any responsibility for the quality or permanence of their products.
